The Challange
To meet consumer preferences, Mini or personal watermelons are grown for their small size and typically weigh between 1.5-2.5kg. Standard seedless watermelons can range from 3kg to 15kg, depending on the variety.
What we do?
That’s why we transplant our broccoli plants frequently to ensure a consistent supply. We harvest our broccoli between April and October, and the plants grow to over 90 centimetres high. The broccoli florets can be blanched, grated, chopped or sliced and used in many recipes. Whether you’re looking for a healthy side dish or a hearty main course, our broccoli is sure to please.
